Delete your Picturf account
Picturf, operated by Nativegems Pvt Limited, lets you request permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address connected to your Picturf account.
- Use the subject line “Picturf account deletion request.”
- Include your Picturf username and registered email address.
- Confirm the request if our support team contacts you to verify account ownership.
For your security, never send us your password, one-time password, or Google account credentials.
Data that is deleted
- Account identifiers and profile information
- Profile photo, biography, interests, and preferences
- Photo submissions and uploaded media under your control
- Messages, social connections, and call history associated with your account
- Notification tokens and other app-specific identifiers
- Your Picturf authentication account
Data that may be retained
- Payment, payout, tax, or transaction records required by applicable law
- Limited fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal-compliance records
- Content another user is legally entitled to retain, where applicable
- Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer identify you
Deletion and retention timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if additional time is required because of a legal or technical obligation.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. Records retained for legal, security, tax, or financial obligations are isolated from normal use and kept only for the period required by applicable law.
